We have an array of class modalities across the platform ranging from zero equipment mat to full studio set ups. You can easily follow a majority of our mat classes without any equipment!
Each class will detail what equipment, props and springs are used alongside possible substitutions. -
Yes! While some classes may be tagged as beginner or advanced, all classes have layers suited for different ability levels.
